Unknown TPR toy materials

The main base material of TPR toy material is SBS, with processing oil and other additives. This modified material is characterized by high transparency and is specially designed for toys with high transparency requirements. Most SBS dry adhesives have high viscosity and poor processing performance. In the later stage, processing oil is added to improve the processing performance of the material, and polymer resin is added to enhance the strength of the material. Therefore, SBS is the most basic component of the blending modification system, so we are used to calling this type of blending modification material TPR.

TPR toy materials are mainly used for high-transparent toy dolls, as well as shiny surface screen printing and oil spraying.
